The year is 2123 and the world is divided into two factions: the United Earth Federation (UEF) and the Martian Colonies (MC). The UEF is a global alliance of nations that seeks to maintain peace and stability on Earth and its orbiting stations. The MC is a rebel group of colonists that wants to break free from the UEF’s control and establish an independent state on Mars.

The UEF and the MC are engaged in a cold war that occasionally erupts into violent skirmishes. Both sides use advanced technology and weapons, such as plasma rifles, stealth drones, and cybernetic implants. However, there is one thing that both sides have in common: a love for dice games.
